  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Nita Travels via email at info@nitatravels.com or through direct contact with your assigned travel consultant.
  • The date of the cancellation request will be the date on which Nita Travels receives the written communication.

1.2. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be processed based on the terms outlined in the specific travel package or service agreement at the time of booking. The refund amount may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • Note: Each tour package may have its own specific cancellation policy, which will be provided. Please review the terms carefully as they will supersede the general cancellation policy outlined here.

2.2. Accommodation:

  • Cancellation policies and fees for accommodations are dependent on the specific hotel or lodging provider and the terms of the booking. These may vary, so please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.

2.3. Tours and Activities:

  • Cancellation policies and fees for tours and activities are dependent on the specific service providers and the terms of the tour or activity package. These may vary, so please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.

2.4. Visa and Passport Services:

  • Once processing has begun, fees paid for visa and passport services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
  1. Non-Refundable Deposits

Some travel packages may require non-refundable deposits at the time of booking. These deposits are not eligible for refund under any circumstances unless otherwise specified in the package terms.

  1. Changes to Bookings

4.1. Modification Requests:

  • Any changes to confirmed bookings, including dates, destinations, or traveler details, may incur additional charges and will be subject to the availability of services. Modification requests must be made in writing and are not guaranteed.

4.2. Partial Cancellations:

  • If only part of a travel package or booking is cancelled, the refund will be calculated based on the specific services cancelled, and standard cancellation fees will apply.
  1. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Nita Travels (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), cancellations may be subject to special terms. Nita Travels will endeavour to negotiate favourable terms with suppliers on behalf of clients, but refunds in such cases cannot be guaranteed.
